Porter service, to be req for upon reservation and to be paid locally

Extra bed for adults available in Bach only Euro 200,00 per week

Extra bed for child up to 8 years available in Wagner & Chopin

Please always advice your approx arrival time at time of booking

 

Payment: via bank transfer or credit card (visa or mastercard only),
30% on confirmation, balance within 1 month before arrival.

 

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival: NO PENALTY
Cancellations from 29 to 15 days before arrival: 50%
Cancellations from 14 o 0 days before arrival, no show or reduction of stay: 100%
